A major global force in cross-platform gaming and entertainment is seeking an Operations Support Analyst to join its international digital operations team. Known for pioneering iGaming content and innovative technology, the organization connects land-based and digital gaming experiences through advanced platforms, including one of the industry’s largest digital gaming networks. This role sits at the heart of the company’s centralized incident communication process, supporting both internal stakeholders and B2B partners. It suits a highly communicative and technically adept professional with solid industry awareness and a commitment to delivering accurate, timely service within defined SLAs. Key Responsibilities Provide Service Desk support through phone, email, Jira, and other communication channels Diagnose, triage, and resolve issues affecting production environments Categorize and prioritise incidents for escalation to relevant technical teams Act as Incident Coordinator throughout the full incident lifecycle, ensuring timely notifications, cross-department collaboration, and escalation when needed Respond promptly to incidents, outages, and performance alerts Monitor production applications, servers, and networks, acting quickly on alarms or degradation events Maintain a strong understanding of internal Standard Operating Procedures Build expert knowledge of casino and sportsbook products, business partners, and industry structure Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual workloads Support additional ad-hoc operational requests as required Required Qualifications Experience with ITIL or similar process-management frameworks Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences Effective time-management skills suitable for high-volume environments Flexible attitude with the ability to shift priorities and handle varied tasks Eagerness to learn all aspects of the iGaming sector Willingness to operate within a 24/7 global support environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the online gaming or iGaming industry Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Relevant technical certifications What This Role Offers Competitive benefits and a modern, supportive work environment Regular collaboration with global teams and potential for internal mobility across projects and divisions Involvement in innovative, high-impact projects that influence the company’s broader engineering ecosystem A flexible working setup and an inspiring office location Strong professional development support and opportunities for rapid career growth
