A leading international iGaming company is seeking a Content Manager with strong SEO expertise to enhance the performance of its top-ranking sports betting websites in Poland. This position is based in Kraków with a hybrid work model, though remote applicants within Poland are also encouraged to apply. About the Role The Content Manager will play a central role in coordinating, producing, and optimizing engaging, SEO-driven content that performs strongly in Google search results. The position involves taking ownership of multiple websites and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure each product’s continued success in the competitive sports betting and iGaming market. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the production of content across several high-performing websites. Develop editorial calendars aligned with market trends and business goals. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to reach various target audiences. Write and edit new content based on market and business priorities. Manage freelance writers, review submissions, and provide editorial feedback. Monitor key performance indicators such as rankings, traffic, and conversion rates. Stay informed on regulatory and competitive developments in the Polish market. Collaborate with the business development team to ensure optimal partner deals. Work with CRO and UX specialists to enhance user engagement and site performance. Ensure websites remain technically sound and SEO-optimized. Qualifications and Skills Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written). Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in content management, digital marketing, or a similar field. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword analysis, and content optimization. Excellent editorial, writing, and proofreading skills across various topics. Familiarity with WordPress CMS and website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console). Understanding of UX principles and user-focused content strategies. Excellent communication and project management skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related fields is an advantage.
